I forgot to mention two things.

1)  Once again a big thanks to K9YC for his original work using the
FT-240-31 material for common mode chokes.  We used a common mode choke
based on the FT-240-31 material to mitigate the RFI from the DVD player in
this case, and it worked great.

2)  My sniffer trick in which I sniff the circuit breakers with a very
small loop worked great again.  The RFI we were tracking appeared at each
circuit breaker but it was definitely greatest on the circuit breaker
identified as Master Bedroom so that was the first and only circuit breaker
we had to turn off in order to turn off the RFI.
