Can we just do it by acclaimation? Those who think Ray should get one say "aye." Citation would be for "singlehandedly advancing the art of RTTY contesting." Can we delay the award for Peter Martinez to next year? So many deserving people, so few prizes :-). 73 Chen, AA6TY |
