[RTTY] Master Call Files

I seem to remember some comments that all of this new sophisticated log
checking that we were subjected to in the CQ RTTY contests would eventually
result in a new master log file for super check call checking in our log
programs.  The existing files I've found are old.  There are a lot of new
people in the RTTY contests and it would be nice to have an up-to-date file.

Where is one available?
