Yes they are, mine arrived on Monday but I only got half of the qsl's. Even
though I was in the log I didn't get my rtty qso's nor my psk qso's qsl'ed.
They did send me many enclosures in the envelope and a note thanking me for
my donation. So there was not an insufficient postage situation.
