I needed to replace an electrolytic cap across the output of my Astron PS.
I found what I wanted at RS, but don't understand the labeling.
Instead of +/-, there is a row of arrows printed on the shrinkwrap covering,
running along the body of the radial cap. I can't see the cap right now,
but I suppose it's possible that the body of the arrow contained a minus
sign, but it sure didn't leap out at me that that was what it was.
The end the arrows are pointing to has a shiny metal end, and the other end
that they point away from has a black, cardboardish end.
Anyone certain how RS labels these things? tnx
