[RTTY] Running DOS from Windows ME

Several people have posted questions about running DOS programs from
Windows ME.  Here is a fix you may want to try:

I'm not running ME here, so I have NOT tried this myself.  Use caution
and common sense.  Specifically, back up the three files involved.
