[RTTY] Question for Rules Gurus

Regarding the Tara Sprint, the rules relating to the exchange set for the 
following:

"Both stations must receive and acknowledge the complete exchange for the 
contact to count."

I take this to mean that you must "parrot back" the received report along 
with your information instead of the traditional CFM, QSL, etc.  Does 
anyone interpret this differently?
