[RTTY] rules ??

Its probably a bit late in asking but can someone please give me a url where
I can obtain the WAEDC contest rules...    I would like to make sure that I
havent broken any before submitting my log     :-)

PS  I tried rttyinfo.net but continually get the "url could not be
retrieved" error.
