This topic has been floating about on the PSK reflector for a 
while. I have another posting from SCS that I can forward to
this list with more details on PACTOR III if it is of interest.

If we all thought that MFSK-16 was a bad neighbor this mode 
has the potential of causing much more havoc. Release date on
this upgrade is tomorrow, May 1st.
