[RTTY] Another intruder?

Signal at 14081.1 has been transmitting continuously for about an hour.
Wide shift, about 240 Hz and faster than normal baud rate, I think.
I've tried to demodulate it with baud rates up to 150 and only get
garbage.  Peaks to the NE from here (Southern California).

Anybody know who it is?  The continuous transmission is unusual to say
the least.
