HamCall shows W7AT as last being issued on 7-17-1990 and expired on 7-17-2000. It is possible a Silent Key as birthday in 1913 and the call should be available two years after the last expiration. So I vote for W7AY to be issued to Chen on 7-17-2002. Dave W7DPW |
