[RTTY] MMTTYx2 setup now on web

I've put my Dayton 2002 RTTY Forum handout on my web site at
http://www.qsl.net/wa9als/so2r-mmttyx2.htm.  It shows how to setup 2 copies
of MMTTY with 2 soundcards and use with WriteLog on a single computer.
There are also a few comments about operating SO2R without stubs or filters
(dangerous) and about using 2 monitors on a single computer.  Enjoy!  73
