[RTTY] A35RK back on RTTY soon

Some of you may remember Paul, A35RK, who used to frequent
RTTY (I think he may have worked from some other Pacific island, too).

I just talked to him on 10m sideband, and Paul said that he just got
himself a laptop and a brand new TNC.  Watch for him on RTTY
in a few weeks time.

Paul is yet another retired fireman.
