[RTTY] Who Is the RTTY Op At CY9DH?

If someone finds out who is the RTTY op from CY9DH on 21.080 MHz this 
morning, I would appreciate you letting me know. After being told by one of 
the other operators last Sunday that there would be no digital operation from 
CY9DH, I would like to "thank"  whoever it is that gave so many of us a new 
country on RTTY.
