[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Team Registration

I just tried to register our team for the NAQP, and the registration page
didn't work x 2.  When the submit button is clicked, it simply displays an
error page.  Anyone successfully registered, or are ya all still sleeping
under the porches?

I emailed their webmaster with a screenshot of the error page.
