I took 3 hours off and it is still bad.  I don't think this is what
the sponsors envisioned for "break" strategy :-) :-)

When the test started, I thought it was because everyone had
to throttle down from 25 kW to 100 watts.  But then, I don't remember
it being this bad in previous NAQPs. HI.
