[RTTY] Roundup AA4NC NIL

I lost 2 to AA4NC debacle.  And several others that were in the middle
of runs.  I have to wonder if maybe since the WT4I software is so new if
some hand-checking to confirm wouldn't have been desirable.  And the
next round of WT4I software should probably include some "sanity-check"
reports.  For example, AA4NC's report should have showed a huge number
of failed cross-checks and therefore generated some red flags.
