Pretty dismal condx and low turn out. Very low participation from Russian
stations. Only 10 Oblasts worked. I agree with Shelby. It's getting very
difficult to support these low interest contests, especially when no awards
are given.
Highlights were working KH6ND on 4 bands (we tried 10 but no prop.) and
working JA1BHK again at an ODD time (2111z) on 20M.
Hopefully condx & participation will be better for SARTG. CU then.
