[RTTY] ST5 TU with PC running win3.1 or win95 ?

What software is available for running an ST5 ( bartg tu ) similar to 
the HAL ST6 I believe, on a PC with either windows 3.11 or 
windows 95. also.. is there any point using external TU's now there 
are soundcard programs around?.
I used to use RTTY many years ago with a ZX Spectrum ( Timex 
1000 ) to TX the BARTG news on sunday mornings, but I'm a bit 
out of touch with current technology.
