[RTTY] HF0POL qsls Rtty

Today I received an E-mail from SP3BGD in regards
to my HF0POL Rtty qsl requests. It seems neither
of my 2 attempts to send qsls made it to his qth !!!
However I am in the 1998 log, and he has put a
qsl in the mail to me today...
