[RTTY] Logic?

I'll not be at Dayton this year (my wife is graduating from UC), but I
think the best way to reach a bunch of RTTY ops is to send out an
information sheet with the QSL's from a DXpedition that makes a lot of
RTTY Q's.

You have to find the right trip, but for a donation, and the supply of
the inserts, it should be easy enough to do.

We also could use a cover organization to make this happen, so maybe
it's time to work on "The RTTY Foundation".
