Spent much of the afternoon calling VP6DIA, when I could hear him.
Heard everybody and his brother working him, but no luck here, and he
was very weak.
Went outside to check on the dogs and happened to glance up at the
antenna. It was pointing due north. Ducie is not north. Went inside,
checked the rotator indicator, it said 189 degrees, just like it should.
The antenna has slipped on the mast. Duh. Wonder how long it's been
that way?
Turned the rotator to due north, visually checked the antenna for south.
Got him on the second call. The mast will be pinned tomorrow.
