[RTTY] rigblaster nomic & laptop fix

Awhile back, I asked a general question about interfacing an Icom 706 and a
laptop.  Thanks for the replies.  I would like to pass along something that
might help anyone that is trying to use a laptop and a Rigblaster Nomic but
can't get the radio to key. Replace R1 with a 680 ohm resistor and it works!
