time member of the SouthWest Ohio DX Assn., an avid DXer and held 376 DXCC

Several members of SWODXA Southwest Ohio DX Assn will be on the Island on
Montserrat from July 23rd to the 29th 2003. The 8 members are Joe W8GEX,
Byron WA8NJR, Kirk W8QID, Jim K8FL, Wayne K8LEE, Bill W8KVU, Phil W9IXX,
and Mike N9NS. The group will be on the island for the

The members would like to thank Keith VP2MEG for all the help he has given
the crew.
The crew will have 5 stations on the air. Two on SSB/CW one with a 3-ele
Tribander, and one with a 5 band HexBeam. We would like to thank Mike
Traffie of Traffie Technology for the use of the
<http://www.hexbeam.com>HexBeam antenna. The PSK-31 and RTTY stations will
use a R-7 vertical and 3-ele on 6 meters.
The two HF stations will be running MFJ 500 watt solid state amps.
