[RTTY] 3C0V doing better

The 3C0V group seems to be improving on RTTY, at 22:20z they seem to be
working quickier,
1 per minute.  Their macros could use some work but the are still drifting.

I believe I got them at 22:16z, I asked them to turn off AFC but not sure
they got
the message.

I've heard quite a few US stations get through today!
