Hi all,
Well, I too had a good weekend! Yesterday, I managed to get V63UG on 20m,
depsite thinking I had worked this already (I had previously worked V73UG!),
and I also bagged S21YY, both of which are all time new ones for me.
I did have a go at VK9CD, but the pile was getting out of hand, and then
they started working by numbers.
I am a little puzzled as to why so many folk - and some of them are not new
to RTTY! - were failing to understand what LSN UP or UP 3 means!
This was happening to V63UG and to VK9CD.
I also worked W3CF on 12m, and he was getting ready for his trip to V2. It
was pleasing to work him while he was still getting used to RTTY with
Writelog and MMTTY, but even more pleasing to have done it on 12m with such
good signals. He was the only station on the band, and was a good 579 - 599.
73 for now
Phil GU0SUP
