[RTTY] RTTY DXCC! 7Z1SJ not counted

I just received my RTTY DXCC in the mail today.  I was suprised to learn
that
my HZ contact (7Z1SJ) was not credited because it said "No Documentation
Received".
I worked Sulaiman on 10m during the 2002 CQWW-RTTY contest and promptly
received
a QSL.  Anyone else have this problem.

Should I contact 7Z1SJ to try to resolve this or does the ARRL attempt
contact?
