Well, after three times and the latest version of WT4I tools, I thought I
had it licked but no joy in Mudville ( or Chicago and Boston). At least this
time it gave me an indication of the errors. It appears as though the
contest must be JARTS-WW-RTTY (tools just put JARTS-WW) and the category may
be case sensitive, I had CLASS-B and the example shows Class-B. Just
corrected and uploaded....
