[RTTY] Plural submission of JARTS log

This is a response from Hiro JH1BIH, contest manager of JARTS, to the
question about plural submission of JARTS log.

Your log received by JARTS is checked by software specialised for its
purpose, and insufficient log is sent back for re-submission after
rectified.

You may send your log plural times until there is no error response or you
are satisfied with your log. Last log is picked up after the end of
submission date and the calculation starts.
