Hi Ron, you are absolutely right. I had a few casual QSOs in CQ WW SSB 
using my FT-817 while connected to the DX-cluster. When I submitted the
log to 3830, I had to fill in power level, so I entered QRP. I was
surprised to find my entry listed in a separate class.
