I worked a station with an odd call that I can't seem to make heads or tails
of. The call is ZX2E on 21100 Mhz at 23:34 UTC on the 3rd. I tried to look
up the call and got nowhere. Also when I checked a prefix chart I can't
find ZX. Did anybody else on the list work this guy. He gave me a report
of #409. Where is he from? Thanks.
