I'm not familiar with this particular unit.
But
I just purchased a BelkinF5U103 on Ebay for $13.50 total.
Received delivery in 3 days.
This is the unit that some have reported success with.
It installed automagically and I now have 7 com ports.
Just do a Ebay search for F5U103.
there are LOTS of them to choose from.
