If this is a case of fraud, it should be reported to the U.S. Attorney's 
office and to the FBI in Detroit.  This is easily done.  Just print out 
everything 
you know about this and send it to them.  It doesn't have to be fancy.  They 
may not decide to do anything, but it should be reported.  Better yet, if 
someone has actually been screwed by these people, that specific case should be 
reported to the FBI.  If this is fraud, it is fraud in interstate commerce and 
it comes under the jurisdiction of the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's office.
