[RTTY] funny exchanges

I had several funny serial number exchanges during last weekends RTTY 
contest.

What is the reason for sending a serial number such as WIUWIU?  I had to 
ask several stations what their number was and they sent is as the 
correct thing.

Is it a bug in Writelog?

I dont understand it at all.
