[RTTY] VP8 - Falklands on PSK

I received an email from Roger, G0SWC and he will be returning to the
Falklands this Sunday and will be active on PSK31 for those needing the
Falklands on Digital mode.  He said he would typically be on the air after
17:50 local time (approx 20:00 UTC) everyday day except Friday's.
