[RTTY] Special RTTY Announce/full feature

Just want to remind RTTY users of the special feature in ARUser software.
ARU is a front end for AR and Spider software that can filter and forward Cluster spots to 
most Logging or Contest Software.
I use it with DXBase and Writelog
It has a RTTY Announce feature that can send RTTY messages only to people who wish to see 
them.
