article should appear in the May/June issue. Bill should be both congratulated,
but more importantly, SUPPORTED in this effort to keep RTTY in the NCJ. Let him
know what you'd like to read about. Give him some ideas or contribute a piece
yourself.
Some like to criticize from their lazy chair, but those that criticise the
loudest don't do a darn thing themselves to support RTTY. Get behind Bill and
support him - He has stepped forward to support the mode.
