[RTTY] Followup on LoTW cert problem

Turns out the ARRL still had my old email address in the Member Records 
database. Because I was getting email receipts for uploaded logs, it 
never occurred to me it might be wrong. Apparently the receipts were 
automatically sent to the submitting address regardless of what is in 
Member Records.

Lesson learned.
