I just realized I don't understand on-time/off-time calcs.
from wpx rtty rules:
I. Period of Operation: Single Operator stations may operate
only 30 hours of the 48-hour contest period. Off time periods
must be a minimum of 60 minutes in length....
If you start 45 minutes after the contest started, does
that mean your on-time is as if you started at the beginning?
i.e. is that considered off-time that is less than 60 minutes?
Same question on ending early.
Alternatively you could imagine calculating your on-times separated by
minimum 60 minute off-time periods.
