[RTTY] ANARTS RTTY non operating periods

Hi all,

preparing for the ANARTS contest this weekend I found the following in the 
rules:

"Non operating periods can be taken at any time during the contest."

How long does a break have to be at least? Can the breaks be for example 
only 15 minutes?
