[RTTY] issues with mtty and rigblaster plus

Hi all,

I had to rebuild my PC, and I am having one small issue with MTTY and my
rigblaster plus. I am not able to use FSK, when I tell MTTY to TX I only get
a steady tone. I have no problems using AFSK the issue is just with FSK. I
think I might have a wrong selection inside my settings.

I have spend all week researching this and no solution yet, anyone has seen
this issue before and maybe share some ideas with me.
