I recently purchased a used 706 MKIIG for use while travelling, and potentially for operation out of the country for CQWW RTTY in September as I would have to travel very light. It did not have any installed filters. So, the question of the day, since I want to be able to operate both CW and RTTY, is what the collective wisdom is concerning which filter might be most functional - the 500 hz or the 350 hz?
