[RTTY] Licenses and Vanity

Just picked this up this morning, but for all of you in the Hurricane
affected areas of 
LA, AL, and MS have been granted a 2 year automatic extension on your
license.

Please note that all other States are NOT granted this extention.

The FCC also has apparently suspended issuing Vanity calls for the
affected areas.
