I tried to submit my Cabrilo .log file to srars@srars.org
and it bounced back with a note saying

I then went to

and then tried the link for the CIS and there is something wrong with the
CIS web page at
http://www.srars.org/cisdxc/cisdxc.pdf
Anybody been able to submit a log?
The only good thing I can say about the CIS is I worked one new RTTY country
