I had good results with a Fujitsu Lifebook B-2131.  Tiny thing, only a
10" screen, but it's a touch screen and if you get the "port
replicator", you get a real DB9 COM port.  P2-400 with W98SE, though
it was also sold with W2K.  Other "B" models up to about 800 MHz,
though 400 MHz was plenty for MMTTY.  No RF issues I ever noted
(either direction).  It even has 2 VGA ports for multi-display use.

$450 on eBay 3 years ago, so likely half that now.
