[RTTY] N1MM Logger Problems

Thanks for the off reflector responses to my N1MM Logger problems. The 
problem was a corrupted MMTTY engine plug in. I uninstalled then reinstalled 
the engine and set the path and now the AFC and waterfall work correctly.
