Speaking of old, I saw someone trying to sell a VIC-20 at a local 
hamfest over the weekend :.)

My first exposure to RTTY was in the early 70s at the QTH of W2IDX, who 
lived nearby.  He had TTY machines, reperfs and tapes hanging 
everywhere.  I first operated RTTY in the mid 70s with a Model 15 and 
homebrew TU at my college club station (W2SZ.)  I quickly gave it up as 
it was too noisy and gave me a headache.  Didn't get back into it until 
the Commodore 64 and AEA's RTTY software.
