[RTTY] Next RTTY NA Sprint Date

The next RTTY NA Sprint is 15 October 2006, not 8 October as stated in the
July-August 2006 NCJ (results article on the March 2006 NA RTTY Sprint).  I
believe the correct date is everywhere else, including the NA Sprint Rules
web page on the NCJ web site.
