Does anyone have the July/August 1994 Issue of NCJ

I am looking for the following article:

 

A Cloudwarmer Omni for 40-Meter Sweepstakes 

By K6STI  July/August 1994 on page 17

 

This was a great antenna that we used back then, and I would like to build
another, but forgot the specs.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have goggled it and only find the
index that gives the issue.
