Actually the callsign was VU7LD/VU3RGP and not RGB.

Rakesh VU7LD/VU3RGB showed up on RTTY today short path to NA around 1415Z.
Thanks to Randy, WX5L, for finding him first and alerting me. A few of us in
New Orleans worked him and then he CQ'd with no
answers and moved to 14081.7 where he worked a few more NA stations. I copied
him until about 1510Z when he completely faded.
Later Randy received a phone call from VU3RSB at VU7 who confirmed we were in
the log! Nice Xmas present.
Hopefully he'll be back on again tomorrow.
